Too many times I've ordered thinking an establishment is open but it's closed and they keep your funds on the app. Sometimes they have items listed not available when they are. Customer service is hard to contact and they inflate their prices. I had an order two days in a row where it was wrong or the driver left out something specifically stated to deliver and with no compensation or alternative. Good concept at best but really need to do better it's too expensive for the mistakes they make.

Very poor execution for an app. Took about 5 minutes to set up an account because it kept having an issue with my password but wouldn't tell me what, doesnt seem to like special characters.... Super secure. Then once I got my order together and tried to set my address it wouldn't work. I could key in all my info but the "Address" field wouldn't work, kept taking me to a map and when I would select my location and hit the check mark it did nothing and left the address field blank.

The items are priced higher on the app, this I know, but they have some menu items priced wrong. Ordered a platter and was only sent 6 pieces of wings. I was told kraven priced the platter too cheap, so the restaurant could not send it. Neither the restaurant, nor kraven wanted to correct the situation. I paid a platter price for 6 pc wings. So, if you are overcharged for something you won't get your money back, or compensated in any way. Also, the wrong price is STILL on the app.
