The new app is absolutely terrible! The search feature is useless. If I'm searching for "dried cherries," the results shouldn't include "dried cranberries." I can't sort the results by price or unit price because so many non-related items are included in the results. It's so frustrating. I loved the old app and website. The new version is a waste of my time. I would give this app zero stars if I could.

So extremely frustrating you took the 5 gallon jug of nicolet spring water off the app. Also a lot of pictures don't show up for items. There's no way to ask for paper bags anymore. No special instructions area. And pickup times are limited now. I used to be able to place an order for the next day but now it needs to be 2 days in advance. No warning the app was changing so I could save my list or past products. So frustrated!

Hi Brittney. We apologize for the inconvenience. Some larger items aren't available for pickup and delivery due to logistics. Product images and descriptions are provided by a 3rd party and should improve in the future. We are working with the dev team on an area for order notes. Order availability depends on number of orders placed at your store.

I realize you're trying to make money but the number of sponsored search results that appear in your actual search results makes this app incredibly frustrating to try and shop on. Since we lost the ability to see our previous order history from the old app I've had to start over to try and build my typical shopping cart. Truthfully, I have sat down six times now over the past month to build a cart but give up because of how frustrating it is. Haven't gotten Woodman's in a month and I miss it.

Hi Steve. Apologies for the frustration. I will pass along your feedback about the sponsored results. Because this version of the app is built around an entirely new platform, previous information like lists and order history weren't able to be migrated.
