User experience of the app is not good. Forcing me to ratemy previous order everytime I try to open the app is a pain in the butt. Also I don't understand why do you need the location service everytime I open the app, when I have saved address, give me the option to choose from them first, and let me choose if I want to select location using GPS, not the other way round that You decide if I should turn on GPS and then if I deny don't even show me the restaurants listing.

Title: Convenient and User-Friendly I've been using Eatclub for a while now, and it's become my go-to for ordering food. The app's interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate and place orders in just a few taps. The images are clear, and the descriptions are detailed, helping me make informed choices. Worst food app. At the starting, it was good. Food was good and reasonably priced. Additionally, they did not charge delivery fee or packaging charges to the app members. But after a month everything was shown as out of stock almost always. However, over the last many months, the food is almost always out of stock. There is no easy way to reach out to their customer support. Order through phone call is also not possible.
