Subscribed to annual membership on 19March but my status in the app was not update, can't view any member exclusive content. Report through alphaz app support but never receive any response from them. open my alphaz app today on 27March and found out they have update my status. Finally i can view the content after 8days of delay.

The app is good, but I paid for a membership over 10 days ago and I still can't access any of the premium content. I already emailed support but never got a response back.

I PAID FOR MONTHLY AND STILL I AM NOT ALLOWED TO VIEW STANDARD CONTENT. THIS IS NOT THE SAME AS BEFORE. XGALX PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS. EDIT: There is a bug in your pop up membership link. I have to go to settings > membership to get my payment push through.
