Ratings and reviews

Try to get in touch with customer service and technical support for glitches in the game, like not receiving my rewards (after completing a puzzle) and not receiving boosters after purchasing with my gems. Then the only way you can Excel or make progress and reach other levels in the game is to make purchases, which I am very skeptical of especially with all the hiccups and glitches the game already has. Plus, I send emails to them and don't receive a response back.

I've been a player of this app for years now & I'm about ready to delete it. The only decent part is Battles. And now that they have taken away the ability to sell created dishes & extra ingredients at the Cafe the whole idea is useful and bears nothing fruitful. They provide the bear minimum coins daily and charge too much for cards. I literally spend maybe 5 mins playing daily because of that. I wouldn't waste a dime of my $ on buying anything considering they spend so fast.

Its aggravating when you get down to needing 1 bingo to finish a level, and then needing to play 15 games, on triple, to get that 1 bingo! It shouldn't cost a small fortune to finish a level like that! Also the daily rewards are so minimal, it takes forever to save up money. This in turn stops play of the game for almost 2 weeks before it saves enough up to be able to play just a few games at once! UGH!!
