[Information on access rights required to use Whosfan]
- Device ID (Required) : It is used for device differentiation and identification, checking login information, account and profile data checking for push notification.
- In-app Purchase (Optional): It is used for product purchase on the Whosfan app.
- Camera (Optional): It is used when authenticating albums, changing the profile picture or adding an image on the board or comments.
- Storage space (Optional): It is used for using the file stored in the device or saving the photo.
- Location (Optional): It is used when authenticating the album.

Whosfan only require the access rights that are absolutely necessary for using the app's service, In the case of optional access rights, Whosfan asks for consent, and the it can still be used without granting the optional access rights.

*If the Android version is below 6.0, we cannot individually control the access rights of the app. In order to remove the unncessary access rights, the device needs to be upgraded to Android version 6.0 or higher.

Ratings and reviews

Very less variety of artists. It doesn't even have some very popular artists. And it crashes so much when I try to vote sometimes. And the ads for artists? They have so less variety. And it doesn't even let me login when I try with naver and line. I almost am never able to login with line and it's very difficult to login with naver. I am trying for days to login with naver and line but to no luck. It has improved from the past but it still needs loads of improvement. It also lags a ton.

From last year to now I've had a great experience on voting idols and it went very easy for me. However, I'm having issues with the Kingdom voting. Kingdom voting tickets only showed once when I had to vote two groups. I tried to logout, refresh, update or disinstal the app, or change account but nothing hasn't changed. I don't know how to fix it for the next Kingdom episode

I bought NCT Resonance Pt.2 (both Departure and Arrival versions), and immediately authenticated the purchase. But the problem is, despite the authentication confirmations, the albums aren't appear in 'My Albums' sections. No matter how much I reported / sending e-mails to the staffs, the issues aren't resolved at all; the albums still doesn't appear there. So please, fix that.
