Ratings and reviews

Fantuan allowed me to place an order with a permanently closed restaurant. Order is "received", but no pickup email ever came and the pickup time had long since lapsed when status changed. Google facilitated this purchase -- their business hours don't reflect the fact that there's a still a sign reading "Back at 11:30am" in the window the following day. Customer service initiated the refund without too much hassle once I got the app, but I had to phone first, just to be told to use the app 😔

Great selection of Asian restaurants in the Greater Toronto Area that aren't always on UberEats or SkipTheDishes. Unfortunately, the app itself is overwhelming with information and menu items are poorly translated. But the worst part of it all is that the extra fees are so ridiculous, with the limited number of drivers they have, you might as well return to using UberEats. Used to be a good app with good coupon deals, but no longer. I will be uninstalling.

App crashes regularly. Unable to upload photos to customer service on my pixel 6. Order total shown is less than actual order charged; it doesn't seem to include either tax or some sort of fee until you actually charge card and then order total changes. Many restaurants don't seen to check for their orders regularly thru this app. Very suspect. Proceed with caution. I was able to get customer service in a live chat, but it took nearly 30 minutes of back and forth to get my refund.
