I think the app is great. it works as intended. However, I feel we should be able to read past incidents in our own neighborhood, or even the county, without being bombarded by "buy premium" advertisements. I'd understand if we're clicking on incidents from a different county or even a different city or state altogether, but I can't even click on ANYTHING without being asked to by another subscription service.

Trash. Inconsistent Alerts. I have premium version on Android & Free version on my iphone. Free version gives more relevant & frequent alert & more consistent. GPS is slow to update on paid version(droid). Not sure why that is. I should be getting better results off the paid version. As of now, I will not be renewing my subscription. For the price I'm not happy with it. Tech support is slow to respond. Have a ticket open for 3 mo. Still not update to my issues. Trash!!!

This app used to be great. I deliver in several cities that are close together and it was great to get alerts on the go. Now when I get alerts, instead of showing me me the info in the alert when I click on it, the app takes me to a landing page. Sometimes it's a landing page trying to sell me something, sometimes it's trying to load the exact area I am in ATM, often times the app just spins when I click on an alert . I have a brand new phone with 400 speeds, so it's not my phone.
