Clunky interface. Majority of the time, when you click on something, you get an hour glass and then a message saying an error occurred or their servers are busy. Not enjoyable to use. I'm a young person, I cannot imagine my mother or grandmother attempting to use this app. Log-in is always a hassle. Requests to send temporary code to email or text to phone are , you have to wait and they sometimes are never received.

Cannot schedule an appointment. Shows that it's loading scheduling options, then goes to a white screen. Some people get extreme anxiety with phone calls, and this was the best way for me to make an appointment. Fix it

App sucks they don't let you screenshot bills. it takes forever to get. after loading i can't save bill. They let you schedule appointments which is nice, but if they don't have an existing relationship with you some of their staff cancels appointments depending on who the nurse is. Their privacy policy says they give your medical records to anyone and everyone which is intrusive. Even after complaining to office and privacy officer I have still not been opted out of data selling. Require Forms
