Not working properly for all participating merchants. I have personally contacted customer service several times regarding all transactions with petrolina stations that participate, which do not redeem as cashback automatically. They said they would sort it out but the problem still persists so for me it is a loose loose app. Please do upgrade your app and fix the flaws.

Ooh, the stone-age Hellenicbank launched a loyalty app! Not even a decade has passed since it became an industry standard! Good speed and business agility! 😄 A very poor range of the participating shops in Limassol. It's possible to register only one card in the app. So, what if I use several cards or want to register my spouse's card in my app?.. Well, now look at e.g. Tinkoff and see how a modern cash-back program should look like!

Crashing all the time on my phone unfortunately. Also having issues with the OTP as the number I have on file is a foreign number and the app defaults to a Cyprus country code so I cannot provide my number to even receive the OTP. Not sure why the Hellenic bank app is not used for this instead of a separate app with separate login. And even if for some reason it actually needs to be a separate app, then why can't the Hellenic Bank app be used as an alternative authentication mechanism to simplify login?
