Great app. But this app still needs a version update, additional new features and language preferences. For instance add Afar-Af and Tigrigna languages. I highly recommend you to make it full stuff data based mobile banking app with fingerprints and face recognition security systems. Additionally make this app compatible with Apple and other type of mobile phones.

It's good app and easy to use But the app to be ussd and internet banking most preferable and the customer able to manage the account at any place with in ethiopia and abroad so please do considaration We are waiting And the app not works for IOS. Zamzam bank more focus on digital banking because everything and the world becomes digital form.

It's perfect. But we don't need offline app. Please upgrade it to online app. Offline is annoying. Make it oline.
