When It works its great but feels like something goes wrong most times I use it, most often not allowing me to pay although card details are correct, sufficient funds, and even google pay says unavailable. It's a pain when the option to order and pick up isn't available because the app sucks, means I have to waste a whole lunch break driving and ordering lunch, just to arrive and there are 5 online orders they make ahead of me as well as more people.

The app works fine but I have the same issue as others mentioned - the promotions are never applied. They also don't work in-store and I've been told by the manager that it's because their store doesn't participate (which honestly shouldn't even be allowed), but in that case the app should clearly indicate that the promotion isn't available for the selected store. Right now it shows those promotions after a store has been selected, implying that they should be available there.

Such a perplexing app. They've started doing promotions recently after having none forever, but they never work. You're told to add the promotion to your cart after you've added the relevant items, but it never detects that you have the qualifying items in your cart. The promotion in your cart just says "not applied" every time no matter how you approach preparing your cart. Any amount of testing would catch this, so pretty sure it's a deliberate "foot in the door" bait and switch tactic.
