My Silknet App is created to simplify your account management. Application’s user friendly and easy interface enables you to:

It is so bad that I could not even login. Interface is lagging and unresponsive, it is hard even to type the phone number. When I typed the code - app did nothing. spent 15 minutes trying, and gave up. Are they seriously going to replace old working app with this garbage?

App fails to login and there's no function to buy a silkfest package for the other number, that is still available in an old version of this app.

Very bad UX. From the subscription to download the update that is impossible to skip. And if you have ended the Internet and you want to pay, you will have to look for anyone with the Internet, although you could make a selected channel for your application. If the bill has replenished the amount of equal value of your package and you do not know what you will write on the floor of the cent a century, then the whole amount spikes on the comedy tariff. Just brilliantly.
