Ratings and reviews

I've had this app for quite a while now. It's always been great until recently. I changed my phone and downloaded it along with my other apps. I logged in and restored purchases and downloaded the audio. When I tried to play audio a message pops up saying permissions were not granted. I uninstalled it then reinstalled it and went through the process again only to find the same. I also have the app on my tablet with no problem. Both tablet and phone are by the same maker Honor. Please help.

Not happy with Zondervan. Purchased based on their company and was great at first. They took money, then turned and dumped their customers. There is no access to the fancier audio part, which was the main reason for this purchase. Pretty pathetic to charge $100 for a product which I can't access. No more purchases from this company ever period. Lost a customer.

Have had access for years, switched to new phone and audio says my permissions are denied after "Restoring purchase" attempted to buy again and even then it denied my permission to even download the audio. Would either like a refund or to fix my purchase!
