About this app

The myDPD app offers you a wide range of useful functions.
● Access anywhere and at any time: register for an account and you will be able to check on the current status of your parcels at any time and from any location.
● Access to the informations of your parcels, on their way to you, track your parcel live and know down to the hour when your parcel will arrive at your doorstep
● Redirect your parcel, you decide when and where we deliver your shipment. If you aren't at home, we can, for example, hand your parcel to a neighbour, deposit it behind your garage, leave it for you to collect from a Pickup parcelshop, or deliver it to a different address or on a different day.
● It's easy to find parcelshops in your neighbourhood. The chatbot takes your current location or another address and uses the relevant criteria to filter the search.

Ratings and reviews

This app doesn't make sense. Tracking information is not up to date. The app says package is still in transit.. While it was already out for delivery and even delivered. The website gives accurate information. But the app is one day behind... You can not trust the app, have to go to the website instead.

The app is very intuitive and comprehensive. It makes managing incoming deliveries so much easier. By far the best courier app compared to others (Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL - which is my favourite courier but their apps are the worst).

again i had them take the package to a distant location because the settings from previous time in the app were not saved. i have no issues with postnl, dhl but dpd always spells trouble
