Good app but there is not an option to cast movies or series, just a channel or so

Overall, the app is good. However, something really weird is happening. When I connect my external audio system through HDMI, the app turns on. But, when I switch to my TV's speaker system, the app crashes. If I disconnect the external system, restart my TV, the app turns on again. I've never seen this kind of bug before. (Sony bravia 55" tv)
