It's amazing how many basic UX features this app manages to get wrong, such as the fact that the "back" gesture just immediately exits the app from any window...

when I click on the application and it "opens," it's always the loading page. I tried waiting for minutes over minutes and the loading page. However, it kept loading. I even tried deleting the application and re-downloading it multiple times. However, the problem was not solved.

Worked the first time. However after that, I could never login again. That makes this worthless. Also there was no clear way for wife to login as a person who is accompanying me.
