There’s still no dial tone when calling, so half the time I don’t even know if the call is actually going through. Bluetooth acts up, random permission prompts keep showing, and some calls don’t notify at all. Contacts only show names, which is annoying when someone has multiple accounts, and there’s no way to mark favourites. Overall the app just feels unreliable, but we’re stuck using it because everything else is blocked. I really hope they fix these issues.

I am experiencing an issue with the multiple calls feature on Botim. Several users, including myself, are unable to make or receive multiple calls simultaneously. We have checked our app permissions, ensured we have a stable internet connection, and confirmed that we are using the latest version of the app. Could you please investigate this issue?

this new botim has given me so many headaches! calls aren't heard. I can't hear the other party, they can't hear me, either on voice or video calls. as soon as i uninstall it and reinstall it, voice/video comes, but for the first couple of calls, and it's off again! this upgrade is disappointing!
