since the last update has come out it has been absolutely impossible to play this game even for experienced players that has been playing this game for years. The system to get experience and gain sailors is extremely out of balance, plus trying to get officers for your ships are impossible. They need to take the game back a few months when it was worth playing

its great at first, then gets very repeatative and dull. AI ships will often sail away from you during beginners and expert. when you reach level 30, you can solely do PvP. This is terrible when you have built a new ship, as the crew can't hit the side of a barn and the XP is so slow. it's not pay to win, but damn...it gives you plenty of reason to. Additionally, italian ships are awful.

The game in general is amazing, but the thing is that the grind is real. After a sertain point it gets hard to upgrade to a new ship class. A lot of ships are gold only. I would like to see a feature in where you could buy them whitout gold. They may be expensive, since they are premium, but thats all. For the normal ships, the higher classes are just way too expensive.
