Boomplay used to be my best but I've been having issues since 2 months ago. After downloading music offline it seems to disappear, I will still download it back just to come back and see that I have no music downloaded. This has happened for more than 10 times, I have updated, updated my phone, cleared cache, deleted the app and reinstalled it but the more I do all this things the more it gets worst. Am really disappointed that this bug has not been fixed for over 6 months now

I loved the app before but now boomplay has become very annoying, ads just popping out of everywhere and when you want to listen or download a new song, you have to watch a non meaningful ad that last for 30seconds. Also, your updates are very unnecessary and annoying, I just updated mine and now the order of my music is scattered, it not more from newest to old, it's now from recently download, to phone files starting from Z to A then previously download. You guys can do better.

I'm sure the support team has received a lot of complaints regarding the battery optimization problem since the recent update. Instead of pointing users towards sending emails, it would be ideal to fix the bug instead. The unrestricted battery optimization hack works but it hugely affects user journey and subsequently the user experience. Roll back to previous version if you have to in the meantime. Just my 2 cents, you're welcome.
