Ratings and reviews

STAY AWAY! There are plenty of alternative in Play Store. Since the latest update (June 2024), you now need to purchase a monthly subscription to use ANY feature - you are effectively blocked from doing anything. You also won't have access to your history of scanned documents until you purchase a subscription. The developers have gone from providing a free app with paid for premium features to one that requires a monthly subscription to use.

Syncing to some TinyScan cloud server is now mandatory to have any backup at all. Local backups are no longer possible and thereby regular desktop syncing is basically impossible except for single documents as pdf. I was quite happy with this tool for years, but lately I'm disappointed with the roadmap towards sales-first. WiFi drive was deactivated as well. Edit: added two stars for the fast support response on this review - will get in touch on this.

This app is phenomenal. I have used this for many years. When I was on active duty status in the Army, I used it for all my important documents and after losing my sight, I still use it for other important information that I need to save and send period the Android version is a lot better than the apple version. In my opinion, but both worked great.
