Good content. Bad app — clumsy UI, slow, buggy, unreliable playback, etc. User story: As a supporter, I want fast and streamlined access to the next unlistened episodes for a creator, so that I can go through the backlog of old episodes I missed. Today this requires many clicks to get to the creator's list of episodes, change the sort order to oldest first, then scroll through episodes 10 at a time, squinting for tiny grey checks, then scrolling again, waiting x seconds for the next 10 to load.

The contents on the app is excellent but the app itself is shocking. There is no ability to hide completed pods that you have watched or listened to, there Is no fuction to separate audio or visual pods to make it easier to just listen or watch what you want and there doesn't even seem to be a way of viewing the oldest uploads first! How do they make it worse overtime they update it! Just make it user friendly!!!

This app has recently become unusable, though Patreon has had a slew of problems since it was created. The most recent issue I've run into (going on 6 months now) has been the app refuses to run in the background, even with the proper permissions enabled and I changed the battery usage settings to "unlimited " to try to see if my battery optimization settings were causing issues. I've done the whole delete the app, re-download, re-login thing multiple times with the same issue persisting.
