Great app, but if you buy it to enable the features, be ready for a subscription. I was lead to believe it was a one off payment and then a year later I was charged again. I have just requested a refund as the money was taken around 30 minutes ago and falls within the recommended 48 hours Google suggest you contact the developer within to ask for a refund. I will report back with the result. Hopefully their customer service is positive.

Image is misleading, at best, it shows a flat-bed scanner, but the app is for scanning with your phones camera. Otherwise known as taking a picture. Plus they want to charge you for the privilege of taking those pictures on an ongoing basis. Either monthly or yearly. 1) I refuse to rent my software. 2) I'm trying to scan from my printer.

When you first open the app you have to press 'continue' no less than 6 times, for no apparent reason. The final screen which lists the free trial (£3 pw thereafter) has the sliding checkbox already turned on. And as I predicted, it seems a lot of people are therefore unwittingly subscribing. The whole UI of the introduction to the app feels designed to do exactly this. Result: Immediate uninstallation.
