The app is generally user-friendly, but I've noticed a lingering issue with pending seats causing inconvenience. To enhance user experience, I recommend implementing a pending status limit, perhaps three hours. This would streamline the system, ensuring a more efficient and hassle-free booking process. Looking forward to seeing this improvement in future updates.

The account was created so fast than usual. So, I'm not sure if they store the data on phone itself or use firebase. 😶 I haven't tried booking from the app yet. I've booked from the website. But, my past bookings were not shown on the app (which I think a feature that we need) & a lot of views on the home screen were empty & agreement only contained "Lorem ipsum" default text 😅 Bus times were show correctly though. I'm just not sure to book from the app.Plz fix to get user trust 🥺🙏🏻

Why are you charging Full amount for all destinations..? Okay i can understand the ground situation. But why cant you offer a concession rate for them who chose more than half way..? For example 1,800/- for full way (400km). If someone chose 300Km you still charge the full amount. Why cant you offer like Rs.1,400 to Rs 1,600..?
