Awful! Like everyone else, I've been unable to log in since the "update". NIC apparently not registered. I unistalled then installed the app again etc. Clicking on forget password is useless since they ask for NIC to reset the password...except they're saying my NIC isn't registered. I don't know what kind of updates you guys did but it made things far worse since now we're locked out of our own accounts!

Unable to log-in after App update. I received the "Something Went Wrong" error message after logging in wtih my fingerprint. I uninstalled, reinstalled and tried to login again with biometric and i received the same error message "Something went wrong." As a last attempt, i used my NIC and password to login, the App said "NIC/RP is not registered mobile user." Bravo WIIV team? πππ

The app is nice. But right now, when I try to connect using fingerprint, I get a message "Something went wrong, contact Wiiv or support team"
