An amazing app with easier uses, but I don't know why is it that if I should download a movie from the app it always remains unsupported format,I would like the server to look through the feature so that we can have an access to suitable download. After the provider responded to my review telling me to update the App and redownload the movie,I did exactly as he said but still the movie don't want to show, seriously there's a little stress within the app operations.

The app is awful, I unlock the movie and my ticket has been deducted but the movie still locked and disappeared. I try almost 3 times and my ticket has been deducted each time.
