Ever since downloaded the App, I have not been able to log in nor sign up. My previous log in details was not recognised by the App and signing up since then has been a hassle. I downloaded it on another phone, it is still the same. After imputing the OTP and proposed password, it keeps stating the format for creating password which is exactly what I did. Please kindly look into this.***Thanks for your response, however the problem which is with the password still persists.

This app is so annoying. I can't get beyond the second page. I have tried repeatedly and it keeps returning the verdict of '' can't send mail'' Please find a way round and fix this because I am getting really frustrated.

I have not been able to log in even after innumerable attempts. In less than a minute there's always same indication: "time out exceeded please try again". Over the years, I have always logged in with ease, but why is this digital app frustrating every attempt at logging in? Do I need to sign up afresh?
