Hi Team, This new app is supposed to be great. Believe me when I say that I've been a longtime user and patron of your app. But you guys messed it up big time. 1. It's even more difficult to get a delivery done on this new app. 2. Phone number input shows errors everytime. 3. When selecting pickups and delivery, the map option no longer shows. 4. Overall, I spent almost an hour trying out a booking but alas, I still couldn't get it done. Please fix it!

No star is best. I have mouthed your excellence and ease of operation until your design team made a mess of the whole process and redesigned what was into what's doesnt work. This is the worst I have had as an experience from a logistics company . Ordinary placement of order took over 24 hours and still failed. The UI and UX is so bland and uneasy navigating. Who recommended a black colored theme self. Mchew

Gokada had a perfectly working app and you forced users to download this. Now I can't access the app because your OTP feature doesn't work with airtel numbers. Tried with multiple accounts all using Airtel. Then at least provide us with an email OTP since SMS is not reliable. Nope. The UX team didn't think of such a basic situation. It's frustrating and really annoying. Is the point of an update not to improve user experience? I'm frustrated and I haven't even gotten to the home page yet.
