For some time now, I've been experiencing some issues with the app. Though the data is okay but the APP itself and their customer service are very poor. I sent the sum of 3,750 to my wallet for the past 3 or 4 days now and up till this moment, the money hasn't reflect. Contacted their customer service, no response. Called but their number is switched off. Even sent them a message on WhatsApp and email but no response. You guys need to upgrade yourself as this is getting worse.

the data prices are ok, but the app is worse than any app I've ever come across, too many issues, slow, often unresponsive and complaints never attended nor rectified. credit my wallet and it won't reflect, had to move on. you guys NEED TO UPGRADE. the experience it's worse than one can think of.

Hi, your Data app is fantastic however, whenever I have issues /challenges you don't respond to chat on WhatsApp and you don't pick calls. It's very BAD! I have been trying to access my account since yesterday but i couldnt, whenevee i tried i got error messages as your internet connection is bad try again later meanwhile other app are working fine. Please do something urgently!
