It was one of the worst experience I got through this app. There was no fast services, only late replies for weeks and months. Different products at the end of the delivery. It has got everything wrong with nothing working in the right way from this app...

I had a preety good experience shopping with this app. The user interface is flawless. Delivery is fast. Customer service is good. I can say without a doubt that Gyapu is a worthy challenger to all existing e-commerce of Nepal and the best e-commerce service provider of Nepal. I hope to see them in international market as well.

The best online shopping site so far. The delivery was real fast and the products were actually cheaper than other online shopping sites. Loved the quality of the products. Loved the customer care service and the delivery person was really friendly. They provide free delivery service all over Nepal. The cancellation policy is also hassle-free. Highly recommended!!
