The app takes too long to set up on a device, sometimes it's only accessible at 2 am in the morning when viewer network users are up. It would've been very convenient if it worked over a weaker 2G network. It's better than *225# USSD though. Hope the app is upgraded and improved for the customer's convenience

The app needs too good a network connection to open and with the current zim network system it's a nightmare. I can only access it on a strong wifi connection or early morning before people wakes up💔

I have been using the app for about more than 3 months . It's good and fast. It allows you to do anything because it gives you a dashboard with many services. So you choose what you want to do .... i love it. The app is good you gotta try it...
