Horrible! Not a bad camera for the price, but why does the camera have to go through a re-binding process every time an internet provider is changed out. It's ridiculous! Your customer service to re-bind a camera is horrific to say the least. I would give your product a negative if it were possible. I have 3 cameras, and only 2 have been able to be re-bound. Re-binding should be part of your software app. Your support personnel should all be run-off, and your executive fired.

Works well most of the time, currently only using it for cameras. The two things i don't like 1)There's no way to remotely restart a device if it's offline so if it goes offline while you're away, it's useless. Also, can't restart a battery powered camera at all, can only switch off or on at the actual camera 2)I wish they would move the "camera offline" notification to a different section because it just gets lost in all the motion detection notifications.

It works one update and then they break it the next update. It's super inconsistent. Just today someone was at the door and I couldn't view the doorbell camera because the app would just keep closing as soon as I clicked on the doorbell camera to view it. Stop updating the app if you are just going to break it. I wish I could disable updates once it's fixed because I never know when it's going to work or not.
