When I ordered a photo (Passport sized) it said in 3 business days it should've arrived. I waited more than that but never got it. When I emailed them they told me I need to reship it again but I needed it ASAP. So I didn't want to wait. It was a bad experience for me. Just time and money wasting. Btw, I paid more than 20 bucks and I am not satisfied with their service.

Singaporean better not download and pay this apps. It's in Usd, and they're based in Poland. They keep saying they have delivered the photo and will reach in 2-3 business days, but even after more than 2 weeks, it never reaches. I think they never send at the first place that's why they gave an option to refund usd 3 for shipping cost, and better use other free apps to get digital passport/ visa photo

Numerous attempts to take a photo. Every time a different issue is found. Squinty eyes, chin up/down, reflection, shadows on face, wrong face alignment etc etc. Haven't yet had one approved. Most of the photos look fine and are as good as the one already in my current passport.
