I'm just giving 2 star rating because once upon a time, i really enjoyed the game. But, this is the last time I will attempt to play this game. After wasting 154mb to download the app, once I try to sync my progress, it stops responding while initializing or when it wants to load new content, and this has been happening since 2021. I have complained and tried to follow the steps I was shown, yet no change. Uninstalling for the last time.

There is some kind of technical problem with the boat house had purchased approximately 200 new items once logged out of game then came back after a while all those items are gone and are not showing no matter what, tried all trouble shooting steps it's happening right before mega cruise started. Help.

I'm at level 20,nearly 21!it said i could play cruise event at level 18!but till now i couldn’t play a single cruise ship.whereas everyone in my club is able to play cruise.the cruise doesn't appear in my island.It's always saying,"mega cruise in progress, wait for the next cruise" But at the cruise it shows my name and says I've 0 contribution. My club is legging behind cz I'm not being able to contribute.Do something asap!i also updated to latest version still the cruise doesn't appear!
