Ratings and reviews

Convenient when wanting to quickly just pick up your food. However, noticed not every item has the same options and it gets frustrating when, for example, I want 2 large wraps but one of the selections I made doesnt let me adjust the size to large when I would like to. With the removal of the rewards program as well I might just uninstall to save me a headache.

Worst food-ordering app I've ever had the displeasure of using. Instructions are wrong, nothing makes sense, no option for Google Pay so you have to enter all your credit card details, then 2FA... I was waiting for it to ask me to send my original passport for ID! Took me about 15 mins just to figure out how to get my free packet of chips with the order. Whoever produces this stupid app... go look at the KFC or Hungry Jacks apps to see how it's done!

The look and feel of the app is great, but without the sub card it's useless. the number of notifications regarding the sub card shutdown was just overwhelming. Why use this over other apps or the web.

What’s new

We've made some updates to the Subway® app. As the Subcard® Loyalty and Gift programme closed on 31 August 2026, loyalty features have now been removed from the app.

You can still use the Subway® app to:

• Order your Subway® favourites
• Access the latest offers and promotions
• Save your preferences for easier ordering
• Manage your Subway® account

We’ve also made some behind-the-scenes updates to keep everything running smoothly.
