Abby has been a great help teaching me how to buy and sell my Bitcoin investment. I am 63 years old, and Abby showed me how easy it was to do a transaction.

Just opened an account, and the app is driving me crazy. Have to resend it's before it works. It happens every time I log in. Also, I have set biometrics, but the app isn't showing me the option at login. Settings are set up for biometrics, but it just doesn't work. I will give it a month, but if it still doesn't improve... I will go elsewhere.

I recently started a BitcoinIRA account, so I decided to get the app for convenience. So I click "create an account" and it has me put my email and create a pswd, and then put my phone number for a verification code. However, I never get the code. I don't get any text at all. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still have the same issue. Also, there is NO option help, or live chat or an email address for cust service, or a FAQ page or ANYTHING like that on this app. Absolutely no help.
