The other reviewer Ceara is spot on. Also I'd have to say one of the things that annoys me the most is that if you are searching through caregivers, tap on one to view the profile, and then go back to the search results afterward, you are brought right back to the top of the results. So you have to scroll all the way down again each time. It's so frustrating, and the website doesn't behave this way. The website brings you back to where you previously were in the search results.

It loops me to the website but then won't let me select things (like if I try to click on a person listed under browse caregivers it loops me back to the main page). I almost can't seem to use the app at all, it just sends me to the website, which is also terrible. If the app seems to start to try to work it keeps asking me for my childrens' ages every time as if I have never filled in anything before. This is besides them making you post jobs and sending messages you didn't want to send.

This was the worst experience ever. Don't waste your money. I was scanning the price page and because my CC# was in my phone I was charged $119 for the entire year. I was denied a refund for unused months after 2 terrible experiences. First time the person never came back to get me. Then 4 people in 2 weeks canceled asking for more money within 24 hrs of accepting the job. Why would they deny me a refund for unused months. I believe they are ripping people off. These are not reliable people.
