Ratings and reviews

I managed to get my ticket but the user experience is pretty bad. We should not need to create two accounts. We should not need to go back and forth between the app and the web browser. Some English translations are pretty bad, especially in the test questions, which is frustrating. With a 4000JPY ticket, you should be able to hire one or two engineers to fix this.

アプリはやめろ！チケット購入はwebだけでできるようにして欲しい。スマホのストレージも空きがもうないんだ！静岡県はこのアプリをデザインしてる会社との取引をやめたほうがいい。UXが最悪過ぎる。
