almost completely nonfunctional, sometimes I can log in with a one time code, sometimes not. Video calls usually don't go through either

I retired early and was in need of insurance before I become eligible for Medicare. Antidote offers TeleHealth appointments and also let's you search for your providers to see if they are in network. My primary care doctor and oncologist are both in network. The premiums & deductibles are reasonable, so I chose Antidote. I'm very pleased with the coverage & recommend them to anyone needing a good Marketplace insurance. (You can use their TeleHealth providers & let them refer you also.)

this is the worst healthcare app I've ever used. I scheduled a virtual mental health appointment and was absolutely just forgotten about and skipped over. I waited for over 2 hours for the text message they said they would send when my appointment started but I never received it. After the 2-hour window I called in and they told me that my appointment time had passed. ABSOLUTELY INFURIATING, especially considering I was waiting for a mental health appointment!!!! HORRIBLE!
