For apple users, expect a relatively consistent fast and reliable service. For android, it has devolved into a spotty mess. You'll spend hours looking for a server to connect even if you're premium. Been using them for the last eight years or so and bragged about them to all and sundry, but those days are gone. It's either new management or they just don't care anymore, it's really bad for Android users at this point. Two stars for the many years of good service before.

I've used the premium version of this VPN for several years. At first it connected very easily to a variety of regions/countries. However the last few weeks it does not connect at all. I've tried different regions with no success. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling it on my device, restarting the device, etc. and nothing gets it to connect.
