Better than I expected. I find this more comprehensive. It draws me in and helps me fill gaps in my German language learning. I use it alongside two other apps. After a couple of years practicing and learning German language with other apps I was a little disappointed with finding it difficult to construct sentences. However with only a few weeks on fastlingo I am delighted to say German grammar is starting to make sense and therefore it's much easier to construct simple sentences.

The paid version of app is very complex and good. It is grouped in sentences end offers explanations for each of them. Free version I didn't try, but it is worth the subscription of 2-3$ per month. After a month of using, It is really the best app that I could find as beginner, the sound is very clear, you can set the app as you compose sentences by your own and receive the correct form after a custom time, I use this feature when I'm walking saving a lot of my time.

This is the best phone app I've ever come across for learning languages. And I had a gazillion installed on my last phone. Other apps are more entertaining and gamified, but this one takes you through German step by step, principle by principle. So this is one of the very few that's making it onto the new phone. The older version gave you the first part of the course for free (almost 6000 screens!), and I never got even that far. The new version has a much more elegant and refined interface.

What’s new

Fixed some issues. Added a map of the visited pages, accessible if you press on the current page number. For older users, added a button that allows pages to be markes as visited.
