Ratings and reviews

no way at all to access customer support without an account, which you cannot create as a foreigner. issues also happen so frequently. 3 of my last 4 orders have had issues that i could do absolutely nothing about, because again, no access to support. whether you got the wrong item, had your order delivered to some random other building, or not at all, tough luck 🤷‍♀️

A very disappointing experience. First of all, this app allows foreigners to place orders using overseas phone numbers, but it does not provide any in-app chat or messaging function. Once you place an order, there is basically no way to make any changes, and you cannot contact anyone unless your phone number is able to make calls to Korea. The customer service is also extremely unhelpful and feels like talking to a robot. Even if you manage to call them using a Korean phone number, they simply

Ordered food through Baemin app. Waited 2hr and my order never showed, to make matters worst the app showed my order was still being prepared. I eventually went to the location and the restaurant was closed. Since the app gave me option to use it in English, I figured they had a customer service option that I can get assistance with my issue. Nope it's overly complicated and I can't get past the automated system. I do not recommend this app to anyone.

What’s new
