Ratings and reviews

Very poor experience with the app. UPI payments are not working, and there are several areas that need improvement. I’m also unable to place a shipment pickup. If online payment is not working, the app should at least provide alternative payment options such as Cash on Pickup or Cash on Delivery. Please work on improving the app’s payment system and overall user experience.

The app is ok but the courier service is terrible. I booked a courier and it went undelivered claiming that the receiver "wasn't at home" when they definitely were. I called multiple times trying to track the parcel and couldn't. I now have to go and pick it up from the delivery hub myself as they won't send it back to me.

Very disappointed with this app. For the past 2–3 days, it keeps lagging at the address stage, showing “No Address” and erasing all the details I entered. There’s no draft option, so I have to start over every time. Time is money—an app should make things easier, not make you bang your head against the wall
