Ratings and reviews

We have tried several times to enable biometric login. Every time we log out the app requires us to login with username and password. Some apps require that you don't log out, just close the app. That doesn't work either,as we stay logged in. Checking the box to enable biometric has absolutely no effect!

The app is absolute trash. I tried three different payment methods to place a pickup order, and none of them went through. I even saw another recent review describing the exact same issue, so apparently this is a problem on Skechers’ end. What makes it even more frustrating is that all the deals are online-only, but I can’t even purchase the shoes with the advertised deals. When I tried to buy them in person, I was told the specific shoe I wanted was only available online and wasn’t in stock at

You guys broke the app, at least for android. When you click on shop it just spins. The discover button gives some oops something went wrong measage. I already looked for updates, while there was one it didn't fix anything and I tries to force the app to stop and it did help either.
