The app itself isn't terrible. The locations of items are challenging at best, and at worst down right wrong or so vague as to be useless. The Wegmans app is incredibly detailed, Aisle # and side, Shelf Section # and shelf, by comparison. Walmart, Target, and many others have much better in store descriptions available. Come on Tops step up your game!

A couple of years ago this app was great for finding e coupons. For a long time now, it won't let me login. I can't even do a password reset because it says there's no account associated with my email. But if I go to the tops website, I can login just fine. So I'm going to uninstall this app, as it's useless to me.

Tops app is terrible. I needed to do some food shopping for my friend, so she sent me her list via the Wegman's app. Gave me the items, prices, store aisle and shelf location, and total $. So, after that experience, I installed the Tops app on my phone. It installs, but displays error message "page not found." I uninstalled and reinstalled a couple more times, same thing. This thing doesn't even leave the starting gate! What you guys need to do is fix this. Maybe find new IT guys.
