Hello, I'd like to address your issue after the recent update of magic school, my account couldn't log in much due to network errors (despite changing my connection here and there), can you fix this problem? And I was forced to transfer from Global to VNG, it's very much having common errors of signing in too, despite me uninstalling and reinstalling this game. Yesterday was okay, today it's totally unplayable for me. :( Said its network issue and my wifi works just fine.

About experience, I like everything here including the atmosphere and events around. There are a lot of variety of games and other cool stuff like gardening, fishing and just hanging around the lobby. These things are what's the best thing about this game. Customization is undoubtedly the best of all, no explanation. No further, I think this and the global app are no different and deserve to be the best in the same category. Also if VNG can, maybe please make a PC version?

Please, i cannot see any video when my friends all can see when they watch on tv. I am seeing a pixel screen which somehow turnds to line friends and BT21 logo. while i can hear the sound of what they are watching, i cannot watch with them. Same when i bought that big 240gem screen. Please fix.
