Edit: issue resolved it's just a strange quirk on the OnePlus skin of Android.. On Android on OnePlus 12r... It's not letting me click on settings. I just have the option to apply the stock wallpaper with no customizations or nothing at All. Not sure if this is an issue with Android 14 or oxygen os
