“Sky Force Reloaded” is the spirit of the retro arcade shoot‘em ups, captured with modern visuals and design. Fantastic soundtrack and sound effects. Really pretty game graphic-wise. I bought the starbooster as well. Played quite a bit, but....the biggest problem with the game is the grind and difficulty level. I mean even with the star-booster, you need to play levels again and again to be able to get all achievements and unlock the next area. It gets tiresome and not all of us are quick fingers. I don't say this often, but the difficulty needs to be lowered. Even maxed out some levels are so hard!

Too much of a grind. WAAAYYY too much. When you upgrade a part that costs 4000 cash you then need to either wait 3 hours or pay 2000cash which makes it 6000, not to mention you need at least a full level up upgrade in order to make damage which means upgrading 10 times which means repeating a mission more than 10-30 times in order to get like 40000-70000 cash to upgrade a full ship part. And that is just 1 part in later levels. Watching an ad gives you 100-300 cash which is not even hilarious.

Very beautiful and entertaining game, I'm almost addicted to it, that's why I'm uninstalling it. After the first two difficulty levels it's becoming impossible to collect the needed stars, so I'm often redoing the same stages to upgrade planes, which requires too many stars. After some weeks it became boring and frustrating, whereas it started with so much fun! Nonetheless, the playability is great, I really appreciated the chance to switch planes and copilots. Too bad I won't see the last ones!
