Because the Upwork app didn't notify me, I have lost two prospects for not responding on time. Getting clients to respond to your proposal has been hard and on two separate occasions where they did, Upwork sent no notification. The first time I knew later through my email the second time, nothing. I checked Upwork app just to see I had been sent a message two days ago. This is not fair!!!!!! The app always has one issue with Android I have checked all the notification settings. It is on!

The most terrible app I have ever used. I missed at least 10 job offers because I didn't receive notifications for messages(I've double checked settings and all notifications for this app are approved), you cannot withdraw money from app, you have to pay to submit proposals. I am never going to use your app again. With every update hings get worse, not better.

Even though I decided to close my freelancing account due to my current lack of experience, I am incredibly impressed by Upwork's support team. Their privacy and customer service teams are highly professional, polite, and very quick to assist with account management and data requests. It is a very trustworthy platform with excellent service!
