Narrow number of devices supported. Not actually available for an ebook reader i.e. a device with e-INK. This is really below expectations

It's not taking the login details of the website of wset . Don't know where to get the access code also as I am already a student with them.

Where can I find my log in details? I registered with an external provider for my WSET level 1, no mention of any registration with WSET but I assume that I have be default of taking the exam?
